DESCRIPTION:
BIOPOLY-E is a pure xanthan gum rapidly disperses in water, sea
water or saturated salt brines which provide excellent shear thinning
characteristics.
APPLICATION:
BIOPOLY-E is used to build and obtain high yield points and gel
structure at low plastic viscosity. Biopoly-E yields in fresh water,
sea water or salt saturated brines.The viscosity of the fluid remains
stable in a pH range , of 3 to 12 and temperature up to 350°F,
the normal treatment is 0.5-1.5 lbs/bbl.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
An out line of the advantages of this product are as follows:
* Obtaining low solids mud will yield to an increased rate of penetration.
* Since BIOPOLY-E provides pseudoplastic rheological properties,
the drilling mud will provide optimum hole cleaning and suspension
qualities especially in horizontal wells.
PACKAGING:
BIOPOLY-E is packaged in 25 kg multi wallpaper bags.
HAZARD:
BIOPOLY-E is non-toxic product; no special care is required while
mixing.
