DESCRIPTION :
EMEC CON is a liquid blend of wetting agent and primary
emulsifier. It stabilizes the emulsion of oil base mud and aids
in reducing filtration.
APPLICATION :
EMEC CON is a secondary emulsifier used to improve emulsion
stability of oil base mud. Treating oil base mud system with EMEC
CON will also provide fluid loss control.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
It is recommended to use EMEC CON in initial mixing with
concentration of 0.4- 0.5 gal/bbl of oil base mud. When mud system
is contaminated with excess solids or water, the dosage must increase
to 0.7 gal/bbl. Prior storing oil base mud it is advisable to treat
the volume with 0.3 gal/bbl.

EMEC CON is supplied in 55 gal/dr.
HAZARDS :
EMEC CON is non-toxic, however precautions should be taken
while handling.
