DESCRIPTION:
EMEC TONE is an asphalitic material that is soluble and
dispersible in oil and used in controlling fluid loss in oil base
muds.
APPLICATION:
EMEC TONE is used to provide hole stability and fluid
loss control. It controls fluid loss at high temperatures and provides
good emulsion stability.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
The recommended average dosage is 5-8 lbs/bbl of mud.
However concentration might be increased if the bottom hole temperature
is very high.(>400°F)
PACKAGING:
EMEC TONE is packaged in 25 kg multi wallpaper bags.
HAZARD:
EMEC TONE is non toxic.
