DESCRIPTION :
EMEC WET NT is a dark brown product blended in low toxicity
solvent from the reaction of fatty acid and imidazolene to give
less toxic properties.
APPLICATION :
EMEC WET NT is used as wetting agent and dispersant in
less toxic oil base mud package to reduce or stabilizes the viscosity
with no need of adding oil, It is effective to be used where mud
system is contaminated by water-wet solids and water flow. It is
also used to oil wet the barite when large quantities of barite
are needed. The product causes minimal damaging effect to the environment
or the formation.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
The concentration of EMEC WET NT depends on the oil water
ratio and the quantities of barite required in the mud system. Pilot
testing is essential prior the addition of EMEC WET NT to avoid
over dispersion. The average dosage is 0.1-0.3 gal/bbl of oil base
mud.

EMEC WET NT is not toxic, however precaution should be
taken while handling.
