DESCRIPTION:
PERM BRIDGE is blend sized Calcium Carbonate partials
that formulated in certain distribution to ensure proper formation
sealing. It is available in 3 different size (B1,B2,B3).
B1 1 –
400 Micrnos
B2 50 – 400 Microns
B3 800 – 1600 Microns
APPLICATIONS:
PERM BRIDGE is a different partial size of Calcium Carbonate.
It comes in three sized ranges and designed to form a Bridge across
loss zone, this will minimize fluid invasion into producing zone
and would be easy to be removed when well is in cleaning operation.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
PERM BRIDGE can be added to the mud system when losses
are encountered while drilling. Also when severe loss of circulation,
a concentrated pill of PERM BRIDGE would then be recommended to
bridge off the loss zone. It is mainly design for controlling losses
in production zone and when severe loss of circulation is experienced.
Particle size distribution of Calcium Carbonate in PERM BRIDGE bags
is the most important element that makes PERM BRIDGE more effective
and economical than any other grade of Calcium Carbonate. PERM BRIDGE
can be added through mud hopper. The addition of PERM BRIDGE depends
on the degree of loss. When loss is in the range of 5 - 10 bbl/hour,
then load mud system with 20 ppb of B1. When losses are in the range
of (10 - 20 bbl/hour) a combination of B1 & B2 at concentration
of 25 #/bbl should be added to the mud system. In case of severe
loss of circulation a pill of B1,B2,B3 at 50 #/bbl each should then
be spotted at bottom.
PACKAGING:
PERM BRIDGE is packed in 50 lbs (22.7 KG/bag).
HAZARDS:
PERM BRDIGE is a non toxic product, no special care is
required while mixing.
