DESCRIPTION:
SAFE FLOC. A blend of fatty acid derivatives in a liquid
form, which acts as a flocculent in water, and used for cleaning
wells effectively with no environmental hazards.
APPLICATION:
- SAFE FLOC. Is specially formulated to combat the problems
of blocked perforations and skin damage to producing formations,
clays hydration etc. by Coating the clays. The surfactant components
change the electrostatic charges causing attractions of particles
to each other and not to the metal surfaces of well tubular, and
surface equipment. Flocculated aggregations formed readily float
in aqueous fluids are then easily removed from the well.
- SAFE FLOC. Is designed to remove residual mud, solids and contaminants
from well tubular after the displacement of either oil base or water
base drilling fluids . It can also be used as a preflush ahead of
cement to remove mud residues from casing and formation. It is also
improve bonding in primary cementing as well as in remedial squeeze
jobs.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
SAFE FLOC. Is normally used in concentration of 3% in
the required amount of water, the amount of liquid used varying
with the hole size and depth to be cleaned. The friendly floc./Water
pill should be pumped around the well whilst using maximum pump
rate, and reciprocating the drill string.
PACKAGING:
SAFE FLOC. Is a pale yellow to dark amber liquid supplied
in 55 gal steel drums.
