DESCRIPTION:
STRATA HEAL is a brownish powder of an organic fibrous
cellulose it provides maximum sealing of loss zone. Strata Heal
particles (over 97%) will be recovered from the formation when the
well is swabbed or flowed, where the remaining particles will be
biodegrade.
APPLICATION:
STRATA HEAL helps in preventing differential sticking
by plugging and sealing of micro fractures or porosity. Differential
sticking occurs when fluid movement is from the annulus to the formation
while pulling the drilling assembly into a thick differential wall
cake. By sealing the formation, this condition is minimized. STRATA
HEAL will help cure and in most cases prevent this problems. STRATA
HEAL is a cure When good drilling mud practice is applicable.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION:
STRATA HEAL cure seepage losses with bridging action in
oil or water base muds. Use 5 to 8 ppb while drilling plus treatment
of 10-15 sacks per day [(depending on volume or R.O.P (hole made)].
It can also be used as pills or sweeps mix ±30 ppb in pill
tank and sweep the hole. STRATA-HEAL has two different grades fine
and coarse.

STRATA HEAL is completely non-hazardous for handling and
storage, it is non-toxic, and biodegradable. It?s not harmful to
